Summary:
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering on the vision of an AI transformation. Your typical day will involve guiding and leading the execution of AI transformation projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals, and addressing challenges that arise during the transformation process. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide insights that drive effective decision-making, ultimately contributing to the successful implementation of AI initiatives within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of AI transformation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
