Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on operational goals and objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and response strategies.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and interpret security logs and reports.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
