Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various systems to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring and managing testing activities, ensuring that processes are followed effectively, and facilitating communication among team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain project momentum.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
