Summary:
As a Change Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and execution of change initiatives that support a seamless transition to the desired target state. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, developing metrics to measure the effectiveness of these transitions, and determining the necessary actions to ensure successful outcomes. You will engage in discussions to identify challenges and opportunities, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adaptation to change.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance understanding of change initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support change management processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track change metrics.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
