Your Mission
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you support the reliable and secure operation of our IT infrastructure while developing technical solutions for different internal requirements. As part of a small IT department, you work flexibly across different technical topics and take on new areas of responsibility as customer needs evolve.

Your Daily Work
- Resolve incidents and problems: Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues while minimizing disruption and contributing to remediation and prevention measures.
- Manage infrastructure and systems: Maintain Windows and Linux IT infrastructure, monitor systems and recommend improvements where needed, while ensuring compliance with current security requirements.
- Build customer environments: Define and set up tailored environments based on operating system, network and operational requirements, including cloud services such as Microsoft Azure.
- Automate environments and workflows: Develop and automate processes and technical environments using technologies such as Power Automate, Ansible and Kubernetes.
- Turn requirements into solutions: Understand the technology needs of internal customer teams, propose appropriate solutions and collaborate in an agile environment, including Scrum stand-ups, retrospectives and planning sessions.
Who You Are
- You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and GitLab CI/CD.
- You have advanced knowledge of cloud services management.
- You bring practical knowledge of IT infrastructure operations and network troubleshooting.
- You have experience developing tailored server environments and management workflows using technologies such as Ansible and Kubernetes.
- You are comfortable working across different technical topics and adapting to changing requirements in a small IT environment.
