Ensure production systems are available and operating as defined in Service Level Agreements. Drive incident and outage resolution and communication. Facilitate restoration of service to the production environment. Establish disaster recovery procedures and maintain data retention practices. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Education requirements are not specified for this opportunity.
