You’ll often be: Shaping and executing digital identity strategies for enterprise and public sector clients, influencing C-level stakeholders, regulators, and industry bodies. Leading large, multidisciplinary teams across geographies, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and innovation. Driving business development by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting account growth and profitability. Managing complex programs, overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Representing Accenture in industry forums, regulatory working groups, and public events, contributing to thought leadership and building our brand as a market leader in digital identity. Mentoring and developing future leaders, supporting succession planning, and building high-performing teams. Navigating complex stakeholder environments, aligning diverse interests, and ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
