The Work:
Client Engagement & Prospecting
Initiate cold calls to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments.
Assess prospects based on sales strategy, budget alignment, and decision-making authority.
Present products and services through tailored demonstrations to qualified leads.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, ensuring process adherence.

Presentation & Representation
Deliver compelling product demos and adapt sales collateral to audience needs.
Conduct live and web-based presentations, supported by technical pre-sales resources.
Represent ASW professionally at trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Travel occasionally for client demos and industry engagements.

Sales Operations & CRM
Document all sales activities in Accenture’s CRM system with accuracy and consistency.
Prepare for and actively participate in business development status meetings.
Collaborate with management to refine and enhance sales presentations and messaging.
Construct and deliver customer presentations, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge
Stay informed on evolving market trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
Participate in educational sessions on product updates and development roadmaps.
Help clients maximize the value of software features through consultative engagement.

Performance & Negotiation
Meet or exceed productivity metrics as defined by the management team.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close deals effectively.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 50% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualifikationen

Here s What You Need Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales to SAP customers, functional and technical experience in SAP Plant Maintenance SAP PM or SAP Enterprise Asset Management EAM required Bachelor s degree or equivalent minimum 6 years work experience. Min. 3 years of software sales proven track record of exceeding sales metrics. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers. Experience designing executing go to market strategies and campaigns. Demonstrated success in closing complex, high value sales opportunities. Strong persuasive communication and presentation abilities. Advanced negotiation skills to navigate complex financial and operational requirements. Self driven, tenacious, and resilient, with a positive outlook. Bonus Points If You have external client facing consulting experience
