Practice Overview: 

The Customer Sales & Service functional team is aligned to the Capability Network division of Accenture and works with clients across its marketing, sales, and services department. The team provides transformation services across three key offerings: Marketing Transformation, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing and sales strategies and thereby optimizing their cost to serve, thus improving revenue per customer. 

The team is comprised of individuals who have an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales and services functions and experience across various industries like Communications and High Tech, Banking, Insurance, Energy, Utilities and Retail.  

We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will help define business opportunities in the e-commerce / digital transformation area to optimize clients’ performance. Individuals must have good communication skills, knowledge in relevant technologies, innovative thinking, and commitment to quality.  

Skill Overview: 

Candidates need to have: 

·       Minimum 7-8 years of digital commerce functional consulting / business analyst experience 

·       Experience leading engagements in Digital Transformation areas using Agile Methodology 

·       Ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively 

·       Experience in managing small / mid-sized teams 

·       Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations 

·       Extensive hands-on experience in leading and implementing e-commerce platforms, specifically in the areas of solution or functional architecture, prescriptive business requirements assessment and solutioning, leading and coordinating solution design, and deployment & Change management across multi-dimensional team. 

·       Must have hands on experience on performing business user configurations on at least two of the below listed eCommerce platforms. 

·       Salesforce Commerce cloud  

·       Adobe Magento 

·       SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce) 

·       Understanding of digital commerce ecosystem  

·       Certifications: Good to have any of the following certifications 

·       SAP Commerce Cloud Business User /SAP Hybris Business Analyst 

·       Adobe Magento solution specialist 

·       Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. 

·       Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

·       Candidate should possess In-depth knowledge of business processes and ecommerce Platform & constraints to be  a trusted advisor to our clients 

·       Must bring industry best practices and their expertise on how SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce)/ Adobe Magento platform features work while working in partnership with the business in defining outcomes as well as to-be processes. 

·       Ability to work along with multiple teams (business, development & testing) to bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions. 

·       Must be a self-starter and should be able to engage with the business taking the initiative to help identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations. 

·       Must have hands on experience in configuring business user tasks in digital commerce platforms. 

·       Would be required to understand the business language and translate into user stories / requirements which can be understood by the technology team. 

·       Should be able to provide working demos to the business on how all aspects of the solution would work and demonstrate platform functionality to help with any business decisions. 

·       Should have the ability to drive & manage UAT / UAT feedback 

Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience 

·       MBA (From Tier 2 / Tier 3 B Schools) 

Experience: 

·       SFCC/ SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce) / Magento Functional Consulting experience in digital commerce implementation (5+ years of total implementations experience) with deep functional, industry and client facing experience. 

·       Extensive experience and hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading, and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional team.  

·       Onsite Client Experience driving key activities like Requirements Gathering and driving solution workshops. 

·       Ability to drive the engagement with minimal supervision and should be able to work independently from onshore/offshore 

Key Competencies and Skills: 

·       Must have hands on experience in at least two of the below listed eCommerce platforms. 

·       Salesforce Commerce cloud  

·       Adobe Magento 

·       SAP commerce cloud (SAP Hybris Commerce) 

·       Experience of working in South East Asia / with South East Asian clients 

·       In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the E-commerce platforms is a MUST.  

·       Strong project management skills. Ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders and projects 

·       Ability to Create business case and strategic transformation roadmap based on market trends towards E-commerce. 

·       Excellent communication & effective presentation skills
