We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Go-to-Market Sales Lead to join our team and lead our efforts in bringing the best of our data-driven AI solutions to help solve our clients’ most complex challenges.  You also have a deep focus across the Adobe and Salesforce ecosystems specifically. The Work:


As the Data and AI Go-to-Market Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and demand for our AI and Martech services in the Canadian market. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies for Martech and AI-driven solutions across Accenture Song’s practice and industry groups.

  • Lead conversations with clients on adopting Adobe and Salesforce technologies to enhance their Martech capabilities.

  • Partner closely with VP and C-suite clients, crafting compelling narratives that showcase our value proposition and shaping transformative deals and opportunities.

Sales Excellence:

  • Originate, qualify, and close new deals for Accenture Song’s Martech and AI practice, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Lead client-facing pre-sales activities, including developing sales strategies and delivering impactful presentations that differentiate Accenture Song in the market.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with solution development, ensuring tailored data and AI capabilities address client challenges related to customer growth and experience.

  • Drive strategic growth initiatives to expand Accenture Song’s data and AI presence in the Canadian market by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for new solutions and differentiating capabilities.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to capture market share and enhance business development activities.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Experience:

  • 10+ years of proven success in Sales leadership, preferably in the technology or AI industry.

  • 10+ years of experience leading Martech and AI-driven solutions, with a track record of delivering impactful results.

  • 5+ years of expertise in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the Adobe and Salesforce technology stacks, with the ability to articulate their value in client conversations.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including VP and C-suite executives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data-driven approaches to decision-making and strategy development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, fostering innovation and teamwork.

Language and Education Requirements:

  • English proficiency is required for this position, as the role involves regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the US, and other countries within Accenture’s global footprint where English is the common language.

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
