THE WORK:
Join us to work as Data Management & Migration Consultant in transformation and rollout projects for Industrial Equipment clients, ensuring data integrity and successful migration of asset and equipment data within SAP landscapes.
You will work in a dynamic project environment supporting planning, executing, and validating the migration of asset and maintenance data into SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for equipment and maintenance processes. Ensure that equipment, assets, and maintenance data are accurately transferred from legacy systems into SAP, enabling reliable asset management and maintenance operations in the new system.
Match to requirements below is important, yet being openminded, growth oriented, agile in connecting dots and being able to see “bigger picture” are also very important.
In your daily work, you will support:
data assessment and consistency checks (EQUI, SER* validation)
design and execute migration strategy for: equipment, functional locations, serial numbers, installed equipment
open & closed maintenance orders
define migration object design and legacy → SAP mapping logic
Execute and validate data loads using SAP Migration Cockpit
Perform data reconciliation and post-load validation
Support Equipment-related test scenarios and cross-stream issue analysis

Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

Experience in SAP data migration projects (EAM / PM scope preferred)

Practical knowledge of: SAP Migration Cockpit, data mapping & transformation logic, reconciliation and load validation, understanding equipment & serial data model, understanding installed base structures, understanding migration dependencies (orders, stock, assets)

Wider understanding of dependencies between tech. and business is a plus

Relevant knowledge from any other Equipment-heavy Industry area is a plus.

Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

Practical knowledge of project management methodology (waterfall and/or agile and/or scrum)

Excellent communication skills in English is a must. German, French is a plus

MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Jira and Confluence proficiency are welcome
