Network Security Specialist (regular/senior) (She/He/They)

Our Security team safeguards the organization’s global technology ecosystem. We manage and continuously improve complex network infrastructures while extending our expertise to cloud and application security domains. We ensure robust security, compliance, and operational excellence across all environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and the Cyber Security division to deliver secure, innovative solutions.
THE WORK:
Set up, configure, and support network infrastructure, including APIC, Cisco, and Arista routers and switches, as well as Software Defined Network technologies (Arista SDN, Cisco ACI).
Operate and maintain the Algosec suite, contributing to firewall rules management and process improvement to meet security and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and firewall-related incidents, alerts, and requests, acting as 3rd line support for firewall rules management.
Participate in infrastructure and business projects, delivering required network and security solutions and related documentation.
Perform vulnerability assessments, validation, and upgrades for network devices.
Optimize our current network security implementations and enhance the automation services.
Maintain processes such as configuration management and infrastructure monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements and drive continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain security controls for cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Support identity and access management, encryption, and compliance in cloud deployments.
Collaborate on secure architecture design for hybrid and multi-cloud solutions.
Contribute to security policy development and compliance with regulatory.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Hands-on experience with Algosec AFA/Fireflow and/or Arista SDN technology or respective equivalents.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in network engineering or network security management systems.

Experience with firewall policy management on technologies such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, Infoblox, etc.

Knowledge of routing and switching technologies (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, GRE, IPSEC, etc.) and TCP/IP protocols.

Experience in LAN/WAN systems, DNS (Infoblox), and network automation (Python).

Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment and function effectively in a fast-paced team.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written), organizational, and customer service skills.

Understanding of cloud security principles and experience with major cloud providers.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

Experience with Tufin SecureTrack/SecureChange.

Exposure to risk management and compliance frameworks.

Leadership skills and ability to drive security initiatives.

Certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or cloud security certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Security).
