Must have skills:

Minimum 6 years of proven track record as an AI automation consultant/manager and in AI based automation solutions like RPA, NLP, OCR, Document Understanding, Chatbots etc, with a sound understanding on Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering including hands-on AI automation solutioning and prompt-engineering exposure.

Good to have skills:

Preferred to have experience deploying Intelligent Automation solutions like UI path, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, ABBYY etc.

As Process Reinvention Manager, your role requires driving enterprise-wide process reinvention by partnering with clients to identify high-impact opportunities for transformation enabled by AI, GenAI, and automation. Shape the reinvention roadmap, influence C-suite priorities, and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

  • Contribute to pre-sales, delivering presentations and crafting of agentic solutions - develop proposals to help our clients understand proposed solutions and their business impact.
  • Formulate and deploy agentic & AI strategies for clients which include creating an AI blueprint and roadmap, setting up and operating AI/IA COE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design governance frameworks, safety layers, and model-ops for responsible GenAI scaling.
  • Create thought leadership that articulates our perspective on Agentic & Intelligent Automation in the industry and for our clients.
  • Develop tools and methodologies for the practical application of AI Agents, Process Mining, and process automation to address business problems.
  • Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance.
  • Experience with team management and development skills.
  • Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes.
  • Staying updated with key technology and industry trends.



Professional & Technical Skills:


MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school.

  • Min. 6 years of relevant consulting experience in the required domain. 
  • Minimum 6 years of proven track record as an AI automation consultant/manager and in AI based automation solutions like RPA, NLP, OCR, Document Understanding, Chatbots etc, with a sound understanding on Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering including hands-on AI automation solutioning and prompt-engineering exposure.
  • Experience designing prompts and feedback loops for enterprise copilots.
  • A demonstrable experience of designing and implementing AI solutions with clients to deliver real business value.
  • Able to own and drive the AI Strategy initiatives and track the outcomes by liaising with stakeholders.
  • Must have solid background and understanding in AI & Intelligent Automation on Cloud.
  • Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud preferred.
  • Preferred to have experience deploying Intelligent Automation solutions like UI path, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, ABBYY etc.
  • Industry domain experience is desirable in industries like Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech industries.
  • Good to have - Proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks.
