As a part of the CFO & Enterprise Value team, you will support CFOs and finance organizations to craft and implement strategies anchored on digital disruption, new age operating models and best-in-class practices, to drive market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

System Integration Expertise:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and other ERP solutions to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

  • Lead and actively participate in system integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and collaboration between various modules.

Project Leadership:

  • Lead project delivery for Finance module, overseeing application design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development.

  • Play an active role in the integration of finance module with other relevant modules during design and implementation phases.

Client Engagement:

  • Engage and lead client conversations, conducting workshops, and presenting to client stakeholders during management reviews and steering committees.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive continuous improvement in methodology, tools, practices, and maturity related to ERP implementation.

  • Identify opportunities for enhancements and optimizations in ERP processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the constraints of time and budget.

  • Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journeys, providing expertise in assessing project requirements and identifying optimal solutions for clients.

Your experience counts!

  • Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation

  • Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes on Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report

  • Hands-on experience in ERP like SAP FICO, Oracle Financials / Oracle Fusion / Oracle EBS and Workday

  • Finance business process knowledge related to Master Data, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, Taxation, Treasury, Organization Structure, etc.

  • Understanding of SAP and Allied Systems’ Reporting and Customization capabilities

  • Understanding of Fiori and Dashboard development capabilities in SAP Core ERP and Allied Systems

  • Deep knowledge and experience in SAP and other ERP system Integration projects, namely, SAP ECC and S/4HANA Finance modules / applications

  • Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across SAP System Integration projects to be able to deliver projects on design and implementation

  • Open to cross-country relocation
