What would you do? Role – Content Writer Analyst Career Level – Content Management Analyst (Level 11) Job Profile: The Content Writer Analyst will play a key role within the Pursuit Services team, responsible for creating compelling client stories and case studies that showcase Accenture s capabilities and impact. Working collaboratively across teams and leveraging Accenture-approved AI tools, this individual will produce high-quality content for internal knowledge repositories, enabling seamless access and use across the organization.
What are we looking for? Skillset: • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex, technical subject matter. • Proficiency with AI-assisted content tools such as Co-Pilot and knowledge to work on SharePoint is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong email etiquette • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for content creation and formatting • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracker management and reporting • Ability to handle high volumes of content requests while maintaining quality and accuracy • Strong deadline management and time prioritization skills • Detail-oriented with experience in maintaining trackers and generating progress reports • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, including Senior Leadership • Comfortable conducting client story interviews and synthesizing information from diverse sources Language Expertise • Proficiency in English Skills & Work Experience: • Must be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needs • Must have excellent internet connectivity and distraction-free environment for working at home, in accordance with local guidelines Educational Qualification: Must have: Minimum Graduate in any stream Good to have: Graduate or a post-graduate in English, Communicative English, Journalism, Communication Science, Media, etc. Must have: • 2-3 years’ experience in content curation/writing • Excellent project management skills • Strong observation skills • Proven ability to multitask • Strong Knowledge of MS Teams and MS SharePoint is desired • Good understanding of Content creation requirements, metadata/keyword tagging, classification of content Additional Comments: Nothing in this job description restricts management s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.
Roles and Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities include: Content Creation & Client Storytelling • Lead end-to-end creation of client case studies and success stories — from initial interviews through final publication on knowledge repositories. • Conduct interviews with project and account teams to gather inputs and transform technical project information into clear, compelling narratives accessible to diverse audiences. • Translate complex and technical information into simple, easy-to-understand language without losing accuracy or depth. • Independently manage the client stories track end to end, including tracker maintenance and progress reporting. • Support weekly/monthly reporting • Handle large volumes of stories simultaneously, maintaining quality and consistency across all outputs. • Continuous focus on developing high quality content Stakeholder Collaboration • Extensively collaborate with account/delivery teams, capability leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Senior Leadership to gather required project and technical details. • Partner with various Pursuit Services team members and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the content development lifecycle.
