We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient candidate with a keen interest in emerging technologies to join our team as a Technical Support Associate.

 

About the Role

Join a global team ensuring digital services and connected car features are accurately configured before reaching millions of customers worldwide. You will work with proprietary systems to maintain service catalogs, implement change requests, and guarantee a seamless digital experience.

THE WORK:

  • Configuration Management: update and maintain digital service catalogs in client-specific systems.

  • Change Request Handling: analyze, prioritize, and implement change requests efficiently, ensuring compliance with project standards.

  • Stakeholder Interaction: collaborate with project leads and business teams to clarify requirements and prioritize tasks.

  • Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance configuration practices.

  • Tool Expertise: utilize proprietary configuration tools effectively, along with Jira for task tracking and reporting.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Strong technical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in change request management and familiarity with Jira or similar software.

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent English communication (C1 level) for global collaboration.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with SQL/databases (nice to have).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Team-oriented attitude and adaptability to new processes

Bonus points if you have:

  • Basic understanding of automation concepts or scripting.

  • Knowledge of APIs and data integration principles.

  • Experience with workflow optimization or process automation tools.

  • Exposure to IT service management or configuration management systems.

  • German language proficiency
