Supporting mental health & wellness, every day
We are a leading voice in breaking down the stigma around mental health by encouraging open, honest conversations on the subject for our people.
Healthy, resilient workforce
We help clients keep their people happy, healthy and engaged to unlock their full potential.
In this report prepared by Accenture for This Can Happen, we examine the role of company culture and its impact on younger workers. In particular, the previously held belief that 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health challenge is looked at more closely.
The report reveals that 93 percent of workers in the UK will have been touched by mental health challenges by the age of 30, and that these younger employees are more reluctant to tell their employers about what is going on than their older peers.
Watch Ellyn Shook, Accenture Chief Leadership and Human Resources Officer, Arianna Huffington, Thrive Global Founder & CEO, Barbara Harvey, Accenture Global Research Lead on Workplace Equality and Executive Sponsor for Mental Health & Wellness UK and Joey Hubbard, Thrive Global Chief Training Officer, as they explore building individual and organizational mental resilience and explain why it’s more important than ever.
