As a Customer Data Science Senior Manager, you will:
Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to develop innovative solutions centered around customer insights, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Manage and execute strategies leveraging data science to derive actionable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Drive the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions to optimize customer engagement, personalization, and retention strategies.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and governance standards are maintained while leveraging various data sources to derive valuable insights.
Establish KPIs, evaluate model performance, and create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and techniques in data science, machine learning, and AI to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Proven experience in a senior data science or analytics role, with a background in customer and marketing analytics and modelling
Expertise in managing complex data science projects (e.g. customer measurement solutions, personalization, CDPs etc) focused on business outcomes within the marketing and customer domains for organizations.
Relevant technical skills including SQL, Python and R programming language, data manipulation, and machine learning frameworks – along with knowledge and experience in working with workbench solutions deployed by the major cloud-based data platforms – e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies and actionable insights.
Relevant experience in vendor management within the Customer Data Ecosystem
