About the Role
Scrum Masters are responsible for the promotion, roll out and assurance of Agile principles in the squad. This is a consulting role, and we will want you to seek ways to add extra value to the client. We want you to be more than just a technical expert, mentoring and uplifting the clients' teams and leading them on a transformation journey.
Coaching team in self organisation and cross functionality
Manage all aspects of Project Delivery, Agile process
Extensive experience in Agile Software Delivery methodology , Scrum/Kanban
Work closely with the Product Managers to prioritise requirements according to constraints ex: resource, time and budget.
Work closely with the Product Owner in conducting high level release planning sessions and scope out minimum viable product increments for major initiatives.
Experience in writing clear functional requirements is required
6+ Years’ Experience as a Scrum Master along with relevant Coaching Experience
Professional Scrum Master certification(PSM/CSM)
Sound awareness of Public Services sector including but not limited to state & federal government
Thorough understanding of SDLC
