CRM Business Analyst

Due to sustained growth an opportunity has been created for an outcome focussed and highly motivated CRM Business Analyst to shape and influence solutions to complex social policy challenges for our federal government clients.
Working alongside our partners and as a part of high performing teams you will be responsible for:
Executing repeatable core business processes and/or technical transactions
A focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement
Working with clients to define problems and develop strategies to solve them using a design mindset
Providing specialist business analysis expertise including eliciting, analysing and articulating business requirements
Developing quality, customised outcomes in a range of complex environments

To ensure your success your experience will include:
A proven track record in process design and business analysis
Experience in working in the aged care or in broader human services sector
Experience in working with payments systems is ideal
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working on programs with federal government in a policy or transformation setting
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain one is essential
