The Work:  

  • Hands on experience on implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking.

  • Expert in writing complex Business Rule and workflows.

  • Able to configure Role Based Permissioning

  • Expertise in project deliverables starting from project planning, country mobilization, scoping workshop, scoping report, fit/gap analysis, project kick off, user requirement, blueprint, system configuration, configuration document, test plan creation, test execution, UAT, regression testing, cut over activities, deployment, Go live, Hyper care activities and support.

  • Run the client workshop for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking.

  • Proficient in SuccessFactors Data Migration preparing data templates, data analysis, data cleaning and finally migrating it from legacy system to SuccessFactors environment.



Qualifications

Here’s What You Need: 

·         Minimum 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central module 

·         Minimum of 1 end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

·         You have experience leading workshops for gathering requirements and running meetings 

·         You know everything there is to know about several HCM areas including organizational management, personnel administration, payroll, time management, HR reporting, etc.  

·         You grasp the ins and outs of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for specific workstreams (Data Conversion Testing)  

·         You have integration experience of SuccessFactors to SAP HR On-Prem
