You are a story hunter who will be charged with bringing the personality of our brand to life through digital channels.
You have a flair and confidence in creating compelling content and digital engagement strategies that place Accenture firmly at the heart of the conversations that are important for our clients, our people and recruits. You are confident in your craft and a leader in data driven decision making. You understand the importance of audience engagement, differentiation and can map a compelling digital journey.
You are a strong writer who has experience in repurposing copy for all channels (web articles, email, social, etc) with extensive digital experience and a strong understanding of SEO.
Create and manage an integrated digital content strategy aligned to ANZ business priorities
Build fit for purpose digital content assets to drive engagement
Create, package and promote the best stories aligned to the brand purpose, personality and positioning of Accenture in ANZ
Review and transform draft copy into meaningful and compelling content for multiple audiences and platforms
Work collaboratively with our campaign leads, social media team and media agencies to build a digital master content approach and calendar
Use analytics to capture insights and inform continuous improvement in content and channel decisions

Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven experience in digital content development
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Deep understanding of content design and delivery via multiple platforms
Creative design and video production skills a bonus
Deep understanding of analytics and performance metrics
Agency or B2B background desirable
