Role Description

The IT Infrastructure Lead will be responsible for managing the operations of IT Infrastructure Operations for Accenture offices across ANZ. The services in-scope to be managed include:

  • Laptop OS and Hardware
  • Mobile Device Management
  • Messaging – Email
  • User Data Storage
  • Virtual Collaboration
  • Security Services – Identity & Access Mgmt., Endpoint security, Antivirus, Certificate Mgmt.

Required skills and experience:

  • 18+ years of experience in the IT (Infrastructure) services industry
  • Experience in managing large Infrastructure Outsourcing engagements (75-100 FTEs) with multi-site delivery teams, including onshore-offshore interactions.
  • Training and/or working experience of managing delivery teams using emerging or evolving Service Delivery and Modern Engineering techniques.
  • Should have ability to adopt new or emerging delivery management techniques and drive cultural, technical, and operational changes required to institutionalise new ways of working in Delivery teams
  • Should have good understanding of existing and emerging technologies such as Windows 10 OS, Office 365, Active Directory, Network, Video Conferencing, SCCM, (SME knowledge on any key technology would be a bonus)

  • Should have successful track record of envisioning, planning and driving tangible and measurable operational efficiencies and productivity improvements through automation.
  • Should have successful track record of engaging with Client IT and Third-party vendor IT teams in managing transition of V&A or other IT Infrastructure services
  • Should have successful track record of estimating and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Should have experience of new facility build and project management.
  • Should be able to interface with client, Accenture Global Team, Alliance partners and third-party vendor teams (Leadership, Architects, Service Managers, Product SMEs, End-Users etc.)
  • ITIL certification – Practitioner Level or higher
  • Well organised and good time management and people management skills
  • Customer-focused, pragmatic, forward looking, and proactive thinker
