Role Requirements


We are looking for senior managers with financial services experience to work in Sydney

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead and manage business development including written and oral proposal efforts
  • Develop, plan and lead solution delivery efforts for financial services (capital markets, banking, payments, and insurance) clients across a broad range of security and privacy capabilities and requirements
  • Lead large scale delivery of security engagements and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Assist with driving the overall financial services security pipeline growth


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with designing and delivering security services for clients
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling and delivering security services for financial services
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security sales and delivery expertise in one or more of the following areas
    • Security, Strategy, Transformation, & Risk
      • Risk Management, Compliance, Policy & Privacy
      • Business Continuity Management
      • Security Architecture
    • Enterprise Security
      • Infrastructure Security
      • Application Security
      • Data Protection
      • Identity & Access Management
    • Extended Enterprise Security
      • Cloud Security
      • Mobile Security
      • Social Networking Security
    • Cyber Security, Analytics & Active Defence
      • Active Defence
      • Orchestrated Analytic Security
      • Cyber Security
      • Threat & Vulnerability Management
  • Experience working in consulting is highly desired
  • Knowledge of security vendors and security product capabilities
  • Industry recognised professional security certification preferred (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC)
  • Ability to lead a team and counsel others is a must
  • Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
