Accenture's Procurement team is seeking a dynamic and passionate Procurement Senior Analyst to join their growing operation in ANZ. Working within the Contractor Exchange (Cx) Category in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will be responsible for the end to end management of the contractor procurement process and delivery of compliance and risk mitigation initiatives to key stakeholders.

Reporting to: ANZ Cx Operations Lead
Role Description: As part of the broader in-Country Procurement team, the Cx Operations Senior Analyst has responsibility for managing the work order related processes and compliance, liaising with line and senior managers and acting as the point of contact for issues arising from the client and suppliers that are related to Work Order management. Key tasks include:
Advise on contractor recruitment and onboarding best practices across ANZ
Payment Request Management – Review, manages queries from projects, chase for approvals, escalate as necessary
Invoice review – check Supplier invoice, provide approval to Finance.
Compliance – ensure mandatory documents are submitted, BI vetting is completed where required, handle all policy management related issues/queries
Approvals – oversee and proactively manage approval process for contract labour sourcing, onboarding, and rolloff.
Manage off-shore service – act as the key point of contact between on-shore and off-shore team providing service to on-shore Cx. Ensure services are provided as per requirement.
Reporting – standard monthly reports, ad hoc reports upon request by stakeholders
Accruals – support Finance in monthly accruals by providing required data/reports
Documentation & tracking – internal documentation requirements tracking, audit tracking managing Master Contractor Roster file.
Queries management (internal) – billing queries from Projects, cost/WBSE queries from Finance, WO & IQN queries from Contractors/Hiring Manager
Invoice issue resolution – liaise with related parties in identifying and resolving invoice/payment related issues
Queries management (external) – queries from Suppliers on process, IQN, billing etc; education and support of Suppliers
General operations work – facilitating audits, ad hoc administrative work, process improvements, training of Suppliers etc
Communicate roll-off information to project team and process/facilitate contractor extension, when applicable.
Provide advice on enablement and exit procedures for external resource/s.
Assist project teams with any amendment/change order requests to include; financial extensions, administrative changes and closure of requests.
Key Team Operations:
Team requirements associated with the day-to-day operation of contract labour (Cx) work order processing and management.
This role is a critical role to the support of the Cx Sourcing Specialists. Participate on team calls/meetings, training, process document maintenance, and provide ideas for continuous process improvement and relationship management with both stakeholders and suppliers.
Work as a collaborative team member across the ANZ Procurement Plus team and with the broader global team as required.
Assist ANZ Procurement Plus to deliver value to stakeholders, compliance, risk mitigation, operational improvements and efficiencies.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills
Education:
University Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience:
1-3 years of procurement experience as a buyer, purchaser, procurement analyst: Demonstrate a basic understanding of procurement principals/acumen
1-3 years of customer service/client service experience
Knowledge of HR/Staffing industry and terminology
Good organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literacy (eg. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Instant Messaging)
Previous experience of Vendor Management Systems preferred (IQN, Beeline, Ariba etc)
