Key responsibilities:
Reviewing and analyzing the store operations processes
Define business requirements and understand & explore business issues being encountered
Facilitation of client store operations workshops where applicable to understand requirements and/or present and validate potential solutions
Lead the delivery and execution of specific initiatives or portions of initiatives as defined by the client
Ensure best practices and standards are implemented
Manage the relationship with the customer and be the "Primary Face" to the customer throughout the implementation process
Document the customers’ business needs through to implementation/configuration
Working with teams across multiple geographic locations, workforces and key stakeholder’s groups
Teaming with high caliber Accenture colleagues in day to day activities
Leveraging our global network of Accenture professionals to strengthen your client prepositions and recommendations
Role Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Operations expert with experience in:
Designing and developing efficient and innovative store operations processes
Integrating back-end solutions to shop floor systems (POS, labelling, pricing)
Training end users to manage the new processes and systems
Preferred skills & experience:
Knowledge of all of the best practice of SAP Retail processes
Deep knowledge of Retail Store Operations processes
Expertise in implementing new store processes across a number of retail outlets
Experienced in Blueprinting and process design
Retail Industry Experience
Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
Category Management tool/process experience
POS system design experience
JDA or other planning tool experience
