Role Requirements:

As a Customer & Channels Senior Manager, you will be leading digital engagements and multidisciplinary teams at the client site. Based on your knowledge and experience, you will be advising our clients on sales, service and marketing topics in which digitization throughout the customer lifecycle plays an important role. This includes topics like: customer experience, sales & marketing services, customer acquisition & campaigning, data management, e-commerce and customer service & loyalty. You will be teaming up with our digital ecosystem partners including our service design expertise from Fjord and or facilitation capabilities from 2nd Road to bring the most optimum solutions that address their most complex issues and deliver tangible results. Internally you will be directly involved in positioning and growing our Customer & Channel practice. Based on your entrepreneurial mindset you will pro-actively expand client relationship at a senior level. You will support sales campaigns and shape proposals based on your expertise, bringing the relevant ‘new’ to our clients and strengthen our position in the ANZ market.

Qualifications & Experience

You are a team player, a driver for change, and a problem solver of complex issues in the field of analytics, digital sales, service & marketing and/or E-commerce. You have an academic education and you have a results-oriented focus. Additionally, you are persuasive and prepared to take accountability. But above all you have the ambition for realizing goals for our clients
  • Minimum of a University Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in front office processes and technologies e.g. Marketing, Stores, Sales, Service, Route-to-Market, Content Management with an emphasis on Digital Technologies
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in either Retail or Consumer Goods industries
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in program / project management, high preferably in a consultancy context
  • Experience in Design Thinking and agile techniques is preferrable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
You will be expected to:
  • Provide solutions to complex business problems where analysis requires an in depth knowledge of digital trends, customer experience trends, pricing and promotions, transformation planning, journey management and client organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to and shape pricing, sales, marketing, digital commerce, channel and customer service solutions and capabilities relevant to local market needs and competitive dynamics.
  • Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.
  • Independently deliver programs of work and manage onshore and offshore teams
  • Coach and mentor team members
