More importantly, our T&O professionals can apply that strategic thinking to develop, execute and manage tangible solutions and plans to make the transition more meaningful, personalized and durable. Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead the execution of change, HR and/or talent programs with speed and agility
  • Develop a solid understanding of organisational models, structures, programs and processes in a world of fast paced business and digital transformation
  • Lead the delivery of innovative, market relevant and targeted solutions to our clients from a strong understanding of business context, market drivers and industry trends
  • Leverage digital innovation solutions across all engagements, supporting our clients to achieve digital transformation objectives
  • Embed sustainable culture and build organizational capabilities to be increasingly agile and adoptive
  • Develop project plans to support the execution of projects and initiatives
  • Develop executive documentation to communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes
  • Develop strong ongoing relationships with clients through functional expertise and thought leadership
  • Build a diverse network across project teams and practice to share ideas, lessons learned and best practices
Professional experience & qualifications
  • At least three years’ experience in a management or strategy consulting environment, with specific exposure to some of the following areas:
  • Human Capital / Talent & Organisation Consulting
  • Digital Business Transformation / Digital Change Management
  • Organisation Change Strategy Planning & Management
  • Customer & People Experience
  • Training, Learning & Development
  • Workforce Optimisation
  • Business Process Design
  • Proven track record to quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement
  • Have an awareness of the latest digital offerings, technologies and how they can be applied to communications and engagement
  • Strong project management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and client relationships
  • Proven track record in working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment with effective consulting skills
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, MBA is highly desirable.
