What I do

Manager with over 15 years of experience in improving processes, managing operations, and launching new services and services for clients from various industries. A vivid example is that an open mind and an awareness of technological trends can be as effective in shaping automation strategies as years of technical education. He started his career in production companies, to become later an expert in the improvement and management of logistics processes. For over 3 years, together with Accenture clients and his team, he has been transforming business processes. Privately – passionate about psychology and nutrition. After hours, husband and dad.

What change I make in my professional life

To stimulate change, we implement internal programs to make employees aware of what is happening on the market, and to prepare them for change. For 3 years I have been running a programming academy for our people, where we teach VBA, SQL or Python. We teach them to define the potential of automation and coding so they can build automation themselves. As an organization, we are also aware of the importance of developing technology quotient, which is why this year we launched a global program in which our people can deep-dive into the new technologies to enable to talk about them in a team and with clients, and use them in their daily work.
