What I do

As a member of Capability Network Poland, I have been successfully leading the Banking team and making sure it is growing in line with the scope of CN sales & delivery solutions and focusing on the New Accenture Growth Model and Strategy, relevant skillset, experience development and personal development. I inspire and mentor Banking practitioners to ensure they successfully operate on Global Markets of Accenture. I have been responsible for building community of Financial Services aligned professionals in Capability Network Poland with the strong impact on adding of new value, skills and proven credentials to Capability Network Poland. I love working with the clients, organizations and supporting them in their transformation journeys, new strategies and leveraging services offerings.

A day of my life

My days are focused around supporting CN Banking aligned resources in identification of business opportunities and looking for new projects and roles through different channels, considering people’s personal targets and career paths. I drive consulting-type work for Banking capability taking into consideration several metrics like individual and Banking practice goals, work uniqueness and accuracy, client delivery needs and cost alignment. I am also responsible for active project positioning, onboarding, recruitment, counseling, coaching, training and performance evaluation, rating of CN Banking people. On daily basis I am very optimistic of the power of modern management techniques and Design Thinking tools, which enable me to integrate sales, delivery & practice, people growth and deliver incredibly powerful results to our clients.

Outside of work, I am passionate yoga practitioner. Yoga develops my inner awareness and focuses my attention on breath and strength of mind and body. Practicing yoga makes me also more joyful and happy.

My advice

Collaboration is one of the key aspects of the Accenture Way - the work culture and approach fundamentally depend on a workforce that is frequently on the move between projects, clients, teams and environments so I strongly support the collaborative and proactive attitude and bottom-up ideas to enhance the work culture. Although “collaboration” has become a bit of a corporate buzzword, that does not mean that it is an empty cliché - on the contrary, collaboration in the workplace is what makes a teamwork successful. Additionally, one of the best things about working collaboratively with people from different parts of the world is learning from their experience. Collaborating with team members or even different teams should be thought of as a learning experience, and you should try to make the most of it. So make sure you are promoting your ideas diversity, but still integrate them into collaborative approach to support key clients, many roles and internal functions.
