What I do

I joined Accenture Operations in July 2018 as a Client Experience Service Lead for one of the global accounts, with 15 years of experience in the media industry and finance management roles. I am passionate about gender equality, I am always on the lookout for ways to increase awareness and promote the value of diversity. Till now I have been follower of managing by walking around, and now I had to find other ways of communicating with team in pandemic times.

What change I make in my professional life

During remote work, our team management process and communication with employees have changed. It is important that we as leaders are aware and consciously include informal meetings with our people, as well as always find time to call each of our employees from time to time. Not to really to learn something about the status of the project, but just to communicate with each other. Hear, talk and establish a direct relation.
