What I do

I joined Accenture in 2007. I work as a Senior Manager in Talent and Organization. I specialize in managing organizational change as part of large transformation programs, focusing mainly on making it easier for employees to go through the implemented changes. I know from experience that it is the human factor that has a decisive influence on the success of any change. New tools and working methods become truly useful only when employees understand their value and are able to use them. In my free time, I like to conquer more volcanoes, although I also enjoy appearances in performances for children.

What change I make in my professional life

Employee development is an extremely important element of the changes I help implement. The world has never changed so fast, and I don't think it will ever change slower again. The ability to adapt and learn new things is therefore crucial today and will continue to be an asset on the labor market, as well as the ability to solve complex problems or technical skills.

 

I like to be up to date with trends in order to be able to suggest interesting solutions to clients. Thanks to the easy access to training at Accenture, I can learn in almost any free time - mainly on my smartphone, waiting for the children, when they are at the pool or on the way to work ... skills and knowledge are additional motivation to work.
