THE WORK:
Lead the design and development of applications using React, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the team.
Manage an international team of developers, nurturing a forward-thinking and growth-driven environment, while ensuring adherence to Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Oversee code quality and conventions through unit tests and SonarQube, actively seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving continuous advancement in application development.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications
What we expect from you:
4+ years of experience in designing and building applications based on React / Angular.
Very good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript and the ability to create scalable applications using design patterns.
Knowledge of creating and automating unit tests and end-to-end tests.
Ability to navigate in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps.
Fluency in English (C1), you will be part of international teams.
