We are seeking an experienced and visionary Digital Design Commerce Manager to lead our design team in shaping the future of commerce experiences. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the SONG Commerce Design offering. THE WORK:
Mentor and develop a dynamic team of designers in the Commerce domain, emphasizing continuous learning.
Drive the digital commerce vision, ensuring design solutions align with industry best practices and fostering a culture dedicated to ongoing improvement.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, positioning Accenture Song as a trusted partner in digital commerce.
Conduct client workshops utilizing Design Thinking methods, embracing challenges as opportunities, and playing a pivotal role in shaping cohesive value propositions.
Identify market trends and opportunities to position Accenture as a leader in digital commerce design, contributing to a creative environment that values diverse perspectives and innovation-driven growth.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
8+ years of experience working as a UX / UI / Service / Interaction Designer
4+ years of experience in Leadership and Team Development. Covering areas of recruitment, and mentoring design teams.
2+ years of experience in implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Very good knowledge of digital product development principles, UI patterns, accessibility, heuristics
Skills in leading workshops with C and C-1 level stakeholders.
Experience in the area of complex design systems for multiple touchpoints.
Fluency in Polish and English (C1), you will be part of international teams.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Proven track record in consulting roles, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
Higher education - Master's degree in design, graphic design, psychology, computer science, architecture or postgraduate studies in UX
