THE WORK:
As a Web Analytics Analyst, you will evolve into a Technical Marketer, playing a pivotal role in assisting our clients through analytics code audits and installations to elevate their web analytics capabilities. Our reporting and marketing strategies hinge on the data gleaned from our clients' websites. In the dynamic realm of analytics, we consistently pioneer innovative approaches to aid our clients in uncovering valuable insights, enabling them to make informed, data-driven business decisions. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:
Evaluate and innovate strategies to enhance clients' data collection methods.
Develop data-driven marketing, personalization, and media strategies ensuring support throughout monitoring and optimization phases aligned with campaign goals (branding/performance).
Analyze diverse data sets, encompassing web behavior, e-commerce, targeting initiatives (including personalization), A/B testing, and both 3rd party and 1st party data, to identify opportunities.
Transform data into meaningful summaries and recommendations for stakeholders.
Oversee the optimization of client processes and campaigns based on data and analytics.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Fluent knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written.
Proficiency in analytical software such as Google Analytics, Looker Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
Familiarity with TMS tools, including Google Tag Manager, Tealium IQ, or equivalent platforms.
Knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, or other database systems.
Experience with technical SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar applications.
Analytical expertise in web analytics, personalization, and attribution for informed decision-making, optimizing, and maximizing results.
Understanding of digital marketing processes and key tools (technical SEO, paid social, personalization, paid search, display) to drive sales and enhance marketing performance, effectively managing budget spending.
Competence in sales funnel and conversion rate optimization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and preferably skilled in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
