THE WORK:

  • Foster robust connections with key Clients, serving as the central point of contact for all account-related matters.

  • Streamline the project lifecycle by analyzing and communicating Creative briefs, ensuring materials align with the Creative Team's requirements for a smooth project initiation.

  • Grasp Clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to pinpoint collaboration opportunities and foster mutual growth.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including creative, technical, and project management - to formulate and implement high-impact strategies for Client projects.

  • Proactively identify and address potential project issues, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence, while providing transparent and regular updates to Clients.

  • The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a Client or in an Accenture office.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, within a digital or creative agency environment.

  • Track record of successfully managing and growing Client accounts, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional Client experiences.

  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Understanding of digital technologies and creative processes to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Additional certifications or training related to account management or marketing.

  • Experience in working with Clients from Fortune 500 companies or other large international organizations.
