Meet the CFO&EV Process Mining team
With the emergence of AI-based technologies, a new era of digital transformation has started. What will you do?
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Analyst in the CFO&EV - Process Mining Team you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation. You will play a pivotal role in helping streamlining operations, reducing cost and enhancing performance of the organizations. You will have an exceptional opportunity to grow in the thriving field of Process Mining which combines data analysis, business intelligence and process optimization.
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
Working closely with the clients to understand their business process and requirements.
Identifying data for further extraction and transformation (ETL)
Utilizing SQL to extract, clean and transform the data for Process Mining
Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and automations
Analyzing, interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations
Qualifications
Who and what we are looking for:
Graduate in Computer Science and/or Engineering and/or Business and/or Finance and/or Supply Chain
Basic data manipulation skills (SQL)
Experience with data analysis and visualization
Project management and workshops’ facilitation experience
Programming experience with Python is a big plus
Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a big plus
Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification is a plus
Strong communication skills, proficiency in English
Working Conditions:
Employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Lodz and Gdansk.
We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required if pandemic situation will change.
