HR Strategy team offers solutions to meet the changing demands of the digital workforce and enable the business. We are a group of experienced professionals who deliver value to our clients supporting them in challenging and quickly evolving environments by reinventing their employee experience and shaping adaptive and digital workforce of the future.

Our key areas of expertise are:

  • Cloud Based HR Transformation: design and implement HCM cloud solutions with creation of industry leading differentiation & employee experience, deployment and measurable business value for our clients
  • Digital HR Strategy: Enable clients by effectively integrating their Human Capital strategy, vision and plan through the power of digital platforms and bolt-on solutions/tools; evaluate potential use cases with a value driven approach and provide functional expertise on RPA / AI deployments
  • HR Operating Model & Service Delivery: Define operating models for next generation businesses, capabilities that deliver talent and HR services on a global scale design & implement their shares services delivery models
  • Talent Strategy: Estimate the workforce needs in the short and long-term, in line with business strategy and design the competencies for their next generation businesses
  • Workforce Experience: Identify, design, and bring to life the “Moments that Matter” for clients – creating a differentiated and delightful experience enabled by technology and/or services.

THE WORK:

This role includes the following key responsibilities according to the level:

  • Understanding and translating HR customer needs into effective business and digital solutions to enable long-term business success. Understanding analysis of the as-is and to-be processes.
  • Designing new HR processes based on customer requirements and conducting user review sessions and run stakeholder meetings.
  • Contributing and Manage HR transformation programs that prepare the organizations for the adoption of new business ways of working.
  • Executing programs, manageing plans and/or deliverables with entrepreneurship.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

Qualifications

HERE IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

We are looking for Management Consultants/Managers with proved experiences /5-6 years +/ within the following fields:

  • Human Resources: knowledge and experience in Human Resources, with a focus on: Organization Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Digital: delivery of end-to-end digital HR adoption by leveraging data to create personalized and segmented experiences for employees and customers. Knowledge on any of digital platforms within HR application such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, etc
  • Generative AI for HR: manage discovery phase, define HR Business Cases and support Proof of Concept implementation and industrialization for HR
  • Digital enablement through HR Digital tools (e.g. SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, etc): delivery of HR Transformation projects with focus on HR Digital tools adoption.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in Software as a Service projects
  • good level of another other foreign language e.g. German, French, Spanish or Portuguese would be strong asset
  • ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Eightfold Certifications (or similar) are a strong plus
