What will you do?
  • Being part of the Fuels Retail Centre of Excellence Capability Network, working with global clients, advising and helping clients to shift into the New.
  • Designing and improving business processes guiding our clients towards a digital transformation.
  • Defining business and technology roadmaps towards customer-centric business models.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing solutions and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals.
  • Conducting feasibility study of digital solutions.
  • Completing fit gap analysis regarding the transformation from AS-IS to TO-BE state.
  • Support team in responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), solution architect, etc.

Who are we looking for?
  • 5+ years of experience in area of logistics or supply chain. Experience in hydrocarbon logistics would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of logistics processes: Primary Distribution, Terminal Operations, Secondary Distribution.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics planning and scheduling systems.
  • Strong and proven practise in logistics scheduling systems implementation.
  • Experience in petrochemical business is a plus.
  • Strong data analytics skills (MS Excel advanced, MS Access)
  • Preferred Master’s degree in Technical/Business disciplines
  • Team player with project management skills and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment.
  • Willingness to travel: at least 60% of your time
  • Knowledge of additional foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Russian or Spanish would be additional asset
 
Working Conditions:
  • Headquarter: Warsaw
  • Willing and ability to work at client’s locations.
  • Willing to travel min. 60% (annually) of time and could be more. Travel is often required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Thursday/Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend at home location.
