Why You Might Be Interested?
 
You will be part of our International Team, working with luxury automotive brand and performing roll-out and coaching tasks on global markets in terms of content management system based on Adobe. You will collaborate with various stakeholders regarding Markets websites and discover digital marketing world from different angle.
 
Mostly, you will: 
  • be involved in knowledge management for our project and client (maintain knowledge database, create instructions, identifying knowledge gap within the team)
  • resolve problems through research and critical thinking and obtain resolution independently via technical resources
  • identify markets training needs and provide trainings and webinars about website functionalities
  • supporting implementation of the new components on the website and solving technical issues
  • identify the root cause of common problems and pro-actively steer solution

What do we expect from you?
  • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to details
  • Presentation skills and taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or client facing role
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and German nice to have
  • Content Management Systems background and experience in Digital Marketing would be an asset
