Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.
Quality Assurance Team is providing detailed and comprehensive assurance to our Client that outsourced processes are compliant to agreed procedures and policies. This is achieved by systematic examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation, ongoing feedback to the Client on the results and most of all improvement initiatives within R2R and OtC areas.
