- Responsible for planning stage of the project in developing detailed requirements, project scope and work plan, resource allocation plan and project budgeting.
- Owner of project design phase including design of infrastructure, configuration specifications, data conversion, display conversion and test plans.
- Implementation of system configuration, development of interfaces, reports and views, and configuration of alarm notifications.
- Work in Volt/ Var optimization, fault location, isolation, and restoration (FLISR)
- Support in testing by developing detailed test scripts for System Acceptance Test (SAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
- Deployment of SCADA/ ADMS/ OMS in production environment and decommissioning of legacy applications.
- Designing SCADA Displays / SLDs
- Work on project management activities including tracking of project budget, deliverables and resources, managing vendor relationships, mitigating project risks and managing project change requests.
- Integral part of change management in review of existing processes and procedures, definition of future state processes, development of training material and delivery of training sessions to business users.

Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Utilities industry (grid operations) in Transmission and Distribution
- Good understanding of Utilities business processes in mature markets – Europe and North America
- Experience of Maturity Assessments and gap analysis for customer impacting processes in the grid operations of Utilities industry.
- Experience in T&D Systems especially in OSI Monarch OpenNet, Schneider EcoStruxure™
- Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of existing solutions, platforms, and tools against selected business and technology KPIs and strategic goals
- Strong writing skills and experience of producing high caliber reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
- Active role in the identification of opportunities from existing relationships and by growing new networks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead global distributed teams
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of French or German would be an additional significant asset.
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
- Willing and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
- Willing to travel min. 60% (annually) of time and could be more. Travel is often required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Thursday/Friday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend at home location (Poland; applicable for Europe based assignments).
