Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.


Key responsibilities may include:

  • Research Dispute / Deduction 
  • Correspond and Negotiate dispute /  Deduction with Customer
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis
  • Route and Resolve dispute /  Deductions Internally
  • Manage and Process Disputes / Deductions
  • Prepare and investigate dispute / Deduction adjustments and write-off Balances
  • Minimum experience – 2-3 years experience in related customer support areas or equivalent- prefered with Accounts Receivable
  • Advanced communication skills in English and Italian (min. B2)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Strong verbal and oral Communication & Customer facing skills
  • Positive approach in supporting Customer & company needs
  • Goal-orientated individual with Strong time and task management.
  • Organised and methodical person with logical approach in addressing issues and Strong Analytical skills.
  • Preferred education – Masters degree, Economics/Finance
