Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf.


What will you do? 

  • You will be accountable for results of work to both Accenture and client.
  • You will be responsible for medium-term planning, objective setting, and development of new procedures within area of responsibility, through interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals.
  • Contribute to policy setting at a senior level.
  • Provide and implement business-focused solutions within time/cost constraints.
  • You will be accountable for developing and managing key internal/external client relationships and for client satisfaction - ensure achievement of key performance indicators.
  • You will be accountable for performance against financial parameters, and monitors and reports on budgetary aspects within own area.  May have significant input to budget setting/financial proposals and reviews.
  • Lead and manage a team and allocate resources and responsibilities across team to deliver business results and develop team members.
  • Manage and ensure consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, resources and performance management within area of responsibility.
  • Define and manage group/team structures and resource levels to support business needs. 

  • At least 3 years of managerial experience 
  • Management reporting experience
  • Managing measured productivity of team
  • Experience managing productivity-driven operation
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
  • General knowledge of human resources policies and procedure
