In today’s business world HR Systems are quickly evolving, with several players investing in Cloud and Digital solutions to be offered as a service (SaaS). These innovative solutions are introducing different approaches for business requirements collection, process redesign and system implementation.

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Human Resources Strategy and Transformation professionals who would be interested in working on large HR Transformation Projects with HR Systems implementations in scope.

 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work.
  • Willing and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term.
  • Willing to travel min. 60% (annually) of time and could be more. Travel is often required - typically full time weekly schedule Monday to Thursday on client location abroad with fly-backs for a weekend at home location (Poland; applicable for Europe based assignments).

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
  • Min. 3+ years’ experience within Consulting (preferred) and/or HR area experience
  • Relevant experience in successful delivery of HCM Systems implementation (SaaS: Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo or on premise: SAP HCM, Oracle/PeopleSoft or other HR systems)
  • Functional area knowledge of HR e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management
  • Project delivery experience in either Waterfall or Agile especially working with off-shore teams
  • Technical expertise of HR systems e.g. Integrations, Data Conversion would be an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) required
  • Good level of the other foreign EU language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish will be strong asset
