Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. Key responsibilities

  • CRM Consumer Loyalty Campaign Analytics Insights Specialist providing service to a leading global consumer goods retailer for a number of their local markets including Western Europe, Eastern Europe and South East Asian markets.
  • Campaign ROI evaluation
  • CRM insight & learning: Interpret CRM multi-channel campaign analytics and reporting to drive strategy and insights, translating these into campaign strategy on local market level for each market.
  • Development of campaign business rules
  • Data/targeting strategy per customer segment
  • Operates as strategic and primary market interface to drive the success of the local CRM program, talking directly with client marketing leads in each market and marketing and analytics functional leads globally.
  • Responsible for creating closed-loop between planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns to improve overall performance of campaigns working with local market stakeholders and execution teams
  • Works with offshore (India) reporting team, and the clients’ retained Analytics organization to gather data and insights.
  • Works within a team of 5-10 people in Warsaw as part of a global operating model.
  • Leads a Warsaw team of 2-4 other Insights Specialists. Responsible for team lead activity i.e. performance feedback and coaching, escalation of process issues and client relationship issues, process continuous improvement suggestions etc.

Required

  • Analytics experience working on a large data-driven loyalty or CRM programme (typically at least 7 years)
  • Strong analytics ability to “uncover the story the data is telling” and provide and accurate "so what" impact evaluation, then convert this to an actionable strategic recommendation.
  • Consumer Marketing Analytics experience of at least one of these local markets
  • Client-facing Marketing Account Management or Analytics experience
  • Strong expertise on databases like SQL (typically at least 7 years)
  • Adobe Analytics platform experience (typically at least 5 years) is must
  • Statistical Modeling skills required; ideally some exposure to R/SAS/SPSS
  • Expertise working with clickstream data and draw insights from the data
  • Advanced Excel Modelling, Web/ Marketing Analytics, Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive Modelling, Advanced Analytics Modelling
  • Team Lead experience

Nice to have experience

  • Previous marketing agency experience
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team (ideally including India-based teams)
  • Multi-channel Loyalty Campaign experience
  • Able to estimate and coordinate estimates with the client for implementing new insights features within the Adobe Marketing and Analytics cloud
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target (or similar CRM marketing tools e.g. Eloqua)
  • API (Rest/Bulk) Implementations connecting to different web based data sources

Language skills

  • Fluent English required
  • Nice to have: Some language skills from the local markets.
