Key responsibilities


During one year you can try yourself in different areas, such as: finance & accounting, marketing, customer service, supply chain or HR. You’ll work alongside our clients – global companies. You’ll build deep industry knowledge and grow your experience across business and technology.


You will participate in dedicated online and classroom trainings with focus on communication skills, work management, customer service, finance and accounting and marketing topics.


What experience will you gain?

  • Handling of customer complaints or question via emails
  • Identifying reasons and solutions of the complaints
  • Close cooperation with other teams 
  • Chance to work for global clients 
  • Possibility to work in multinational environment (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)

    If you:

    • speak English and German, French, Dutch or Nordics on min. B2 level
    • are available for min. 20 hours a week
    • are a student of 2nd year or above
    • have a hunger for knowledge
    • want to learn from every experience
    • are happy to roll their sleeves up to get the job done
