Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute new security requests and renewals in line with client policy and procedure.
  • Act as a point of contact and subject matter expert for securities for both client credit manager queries 
  • Training new resources in credit analysis, operational tasks and securities
  • Analyse financial statements to independently determine the financial condition of customers and make informed recommendations on whether to increase, decrease or maintain existing credit lines and associated securitization
  • Be capable of independently managing credit limits of a portfolio of key customers and have the ability to pro-actively resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with client credit management team, discuss account strategies and make informed observations to reduce or mitigate against risk exposure.
  • Ability to analyse and process credit security information, including making recommendation for renewal/replacement of appropriate security requirements, including LOC’s, Personal Guarantees, and Insurance.
  • Manage and maintain internal and external client relationships
  • Identify account problems and escalate/resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Close co-operation with other teams (Collections and Operations) is essential
  • Analyse weekly and monthly Securities and Credit Consumption reports and share details of that Analyses with client management

  • Degree in Business or Finance 
  • 3+ years previous credit analysis or securities experience
  • Previous experience in managing securities 
  • Understanding of banking procedures and bank related security instruments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Order to Cash ERP systems 
  • Flexibility around working hours, noting the international nature of this role
  • Excellent analytical skills together with an ability to think laterally and strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and ability to work on own initiative
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong technical report writing skills 
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge of additional language would be an advantage
