- Job description

  • Coordination of the application maintenance
  • Close cooperation with the client (based in Cracow) and Delivery Center in Manila, Philippines
  • Monitoring of tickets queues
  • Taking responsibility for the equality and keeping KPI levels
  • Managing the service governance (status meetings, ad-hoc meetings etc.) on a daily basis
  • Coordination of all activities in order to deliver the service in accordance with contractual scope and target levels
  • Providing regular feedback to the Client and Account Management regarding aspects of the services
  • IT background
  • 1-2 years of experience in Services Management is a must
  • ITIL Services Management certification - will be an asset
  • Working understanding of software development and maintenance lifecycle
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in client facing role
  • Good communication skills and analytical thinking
  • Offshore cooperation experience – will be an asset
  • Attitude and willingness to work in a long term assignment
  • JavaScript or Salesforce experience – will be an asset
