The TAP journey

TAP into Accenture business

Assignment #1

  • 3-month assignment in an Accenture business organization, experiencing what our employees experience.

TAP into your HR expertise

Assignment #2 and #3

  • Assignment #2 includes two 6-month projects in different HR functional areas followed by Assignment #3 which is a 3-month rotation working with one of our core HR hub teams, with possibilities for travel.

Collaborate with other corporate functions

Assignment #4

  • 4-month assignment in another corporate function – Finance, CIO, Legal, Marketing & Communications, Payroll, Corporate Citizenship.

Application process

Online application

Applications for most programmes open in the autumn. To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.

Discovery portal

If you are suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Portal. This is an interactive experience and takes about an hour, but there’s no time limit. You’ll receive feedback within a few days.

Assessment centre

If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.

Technical interviews

For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.

Offer

Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.

Onboarding

Three months before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
