DO I QUALIFY?
This programme is open to students in their penultimate year of university who are on track to graduate with a strong academic background, HR-related degree/modules or proven interest in HR gained through work experience.

WHERE WILL I BE BASED?
You will need to live within commutable distance of your home office, which will be London. During the two-year programme you will need to be prepared to travel.

Your HR Talent Accelerator Programme journey continues after successfully completing your internship. Take on four exciting assignments where you’ll gain exposure to diverse roles, teams and build foundational skills.
Assignment #2 and #3
The info you need to know about applying to an Accenture programme.
Applications for most programmes open in the autumn. To apply, you need to complete an online profile. You can only apply to one programme in any six month period but if you are unsuccessful you can apply to other roles.
If you are suitable for the role, you’ll be invited to our Discovery Portal. This is an interactive experience and takes about an hour, but there’s no time limit. You’ll receive feedback within a few days.
If you’re successful at the Discovery Portal stage, you’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you’ll take part in a variety of activities designed to help us find out what your strengths are.
For some of our programmes, the final stage will be one or two technical interviews with managers from the specialist area you have applied to work in. We’ll give you lots of advice before your interviews.
Well done! If you’re successful in all the stages we’ll offer you a place on the programme and tell you your start date. If you don’t pass, we’ll give you the opportunity to get feedback.
Three months before your start date, we’ll ask you to provide evidence of your academic results and two references. We’ll then send you details of your training week where we’ll welcome you into Accenture!
